Similar story to FAR:
Hardman holds leases (in Mauritania) drilling etc. hit some oil & gets a takeout bid of (from memory $2.02 per share??) from Tullow, merger completed in Jan of 2007 - not sure of the exact details, but google the Hardman Story, I am sure you will read more.
I think you will find the majority of investors have a quite thought that FAR may very well go the same way...
