Ophir is only down as there was a negotiated/orchestrated trade - otherwise she'd only be down 1% on light volume.
Interesting what the Grey Panther has to say, but I guess you have to take that with a grain of salt. It would be moderated if it was on HC. Intriguing none the less, lets hope he/she is right!
