    This is allegedly the situation 5 days ago....

    Australian-Malaysian JV Ophir Production is now considering a MOPU in the field design of the Ophir risk service contract, which will now start first production in 2016. The original plan included a four-legged 2000-tonne wellhead platform linked to a FSO vessel.
