My guess it that it would be about more than 300000 options. They would argue that Kantor developed the Roam IP when Roam was funded by them. Kantor's consideration for vending in Roam was much more in total than 300000 options. I would guess they would go for 49% of Kantor's total IOT holding. IMO only, of course.
