this could get messy. The property developers listed have deep pockets, and holding 49% and likely a signed shareholders agreement as noted.......normally drag along or tag along clauses so that all shareholders get a fair deal on exit , and no consideration paid to the Roam entity, but plenty in the prospectus to kantor....could get very messy. Not responding to emails and texts...sounds like the Social Network movie...
