I know what you are talking about and if, for instance AP wanted to T/O FAR, they would have to start buying FAR shares.
I would imagine this scenario would only kick in once the decree is finalised with Wade. The SP/MC will quickly hit 15 cents/$160M.
IMO once that occurred the T/O JV would have to start buying, pushing the SP higher. At that point it becomes too risky for them, so I doubt if a T/O will occur unless they are buying now and know something we haven't thought of.
If Senegal is successful a T/O would be de risked and would be gloves off to young and old.
Makes you think, and that's what I love about FAR, always an interesting day ahead of you.
