$300,000 per quarter, plus the $320,000 in allocated shares, would then equal $620 thou. per quarter?

Depends on how long they spread the "pay cut" out.

Admin. fees for Sept Qtr. were $327 thou. and now with the inclusion of TQ as a director, at around $80 thou. a qtr.
($407 thou.) So $300 thou. would be for how long?
One, maybe two qtrs, then back to the $400 thou. plus?
