had there been a seperate announcement to accompany it and explain the director's motives etc, it probably would have had a much more significant impact.

this still may come tomorrow or monday.

all that being said, the directors have kicked in $250k to show support and at almost a 40% premium - can't knock that.

you may read in that if they weren't confident in the WIFI & Jam Factory, plus perhaps some other material news, then they would have waited to resolve the issue with ASIC or continue drawing down facilities.

interesting few days ahead no doubt.
