The next month's worth of opinion polls may be record breaking for the ALP - in a negative sense.
You will have:
1. The overhang of the Wilkie betrayal
2. The emergence of the lies that Gillard did not try at all to court two key independents i.e. Crook and Katter on the pokie initiatives.
3. The focus back on Craig Thomson
4. Probable political interference in Fair Work Australia in taking 3 years+ to investigate, and are likely to delay even further
5. The Peter Slipper deal back in focus in Parliament
6. Continued job losses in retail and manufacturing
7. Swan's surplus promise will be increasingly pie in the sky
I could go on...feel free to add to the list.
As I recall the ALP's primary vote reached a record low of 25% last year...will they break that record???
