Yes I too was very surprised with CBA's nervousness, mainly because they were the stalwart who I thought were staunchly holding their share portfolio through thick & thin.

Possibly refinancing could be better than to re-jig the debt portfolio but the signals were coming that everything was more or less 'sweet' with the lenders. This would allude that it wasn't. Still, it's better to have everybody on the same page!
