Shares held is irrelevant for meeting the > %50 of shareholders voting criteria to vote up the SoA.
That's why I mentioned the number of holdings of friends. Not because I wanted to tell you guys I have a few mates(great people by the way - LTR holders, must be!)
Knocking the scheme back on the basis of >50% of voting holders is a more likely achievable threshold I would have thought? Maybe you're
indicating you don't think that's the case?
