I will ensure I have it right if/when the scheme voting is discussed further. And yes, I take responsibility for misleading @Tünnes ...my apologies to all.
In the further analysis, this requirement perhaps will be of greater utility to us in defeating the scheme, as if retail shareholders generally can be engaged in the process to exercise their votes, achieving the 50% against by number of cast voters might happen. In any event, I feel the >25% against for number of shares will stand a very good chance if Hancock is true to its word as well as hotcopperites.
