Yeah definitely important to vote. Also important to remember your votes are almost always significantly magnified by the fact others will inevitably not vote for anything, so we actually do have a lot more power than we think.
I think the only logical vote is no. If you are voting yes, then you may as well vote by selling on market tomorrow. What's the difference? From a time value perspective selling for $3 today is actually worth more than selling for $3 in a few months... there should only really be no voters here
