That's why I mention the time value of money, you can take your profits and you'll earn more in interest between now and a TO at $3 (assuming it does happen) than you'll lose to brokerage. CGT discount I'm sure would affect only a minority of holders, but yes that could be a factor
For the vast majority of YES voters, they're better off selling today at $3 and putting the proceeds ins high interest account than waiting
