Surely a custodian holding shares on behalf of multiple shareholders under one HIN isn’t allowed to vote or would have to abstain? a) they don’t actually own any of the shares they are holding and b) different holders will have a different view of whether to support the SOA or not. I’m in that position, I can’t cast a NO vote even though I would like to because the HIN is held by the custodian
