The worst case scenario for some holders is already at a level of generational wealth. The potential should we pursue a future in mining what is now being related to as the new oil or white gold is on a level that many would find difficult to comprehend. Why hand that over to some fat cat organisation when it's in your grasp?

The heavy lifting has been done. It's 8-10 years to get from exploration to mining and we're a stones throw now. Look at the big picture and create a vision beyond ramp up. It's a license to print money!
