BUT if its one of these ‘Scheme of Arrangement’ deals (usually for cash) which seem be popular these days, it’s a ALL or NOTHING with no ability to stay around as shareholder if deal gets the required approval.
So unfortunately an SOA type deal gives one no choice of timing and how much you exit ... with possibly ‘quite nasty’ cgt / tax & possibly other financial consequences depending upon ones personal circumstances.
Personally I dont look forward to SOA type deals for these reasons.

I was inferring LTR getting to $10 via organic growth on the ASX in the years to come.
