On one hand, I think she doesn't need to do anything. She has her foot on LTR's kneck, nobody is going to take this thing over other then her. So any hope of a takeover premium is gone IMO, unless of course Gina wants to. If she doesn't that's how I come up with my $1.50 valuation.

The second path is LTR just goes mining. At that point is the valuation still rich today? Based on spot prices, yes it is. Can buy PLS or AKE much cheaper.

If GR does want to take over LTR, she is going to have a tough time getting it for under $3 given what's just happened. There would need to be a lot of water under the bridge and or the situation would have to be very dire for holders to accept a bid under $3.

So where does that leave us? Probably treading water? Holding pattern at least until GR show's her cards. LTR trades on a valuation comprable to any other lithium producer. So back to sub $1.50ish.

Anyone have any coherent sensible thoughts on the matter?

Is it really limited to Gina though? Hypothetically, can’t another player grab 4.9% without attracting too much attention, and then once they go public they’ve got just under 4 months to grab the same as Gina. What can she do in the meantime, other than offer more than $3 to put it to bed fast? It took her a couple weeks to get to 20%, if someone wants it enough they can turn it into a war.

Just a thought
