Hi Kerger, this is the old Comet, Satillite and Cable Company. I assume that you have read about its current operations and contacts with FOXTEL, Telstra, Optus etc... as well as Mr Antenna and Mr Alarms businesses?
Anyway, from the point of view as to how I classify stocks this one has been a turnaround play in fundamentals since 4 report periods ago (2 years).
EPS has grown for 4 consecutive periods and for 2004 was up 232% on the previous year. Sales were also up 46%, Operating margins up 184% (5.2%) and Return on Assets up 297% (11.3%). On MY cashflow rating it improved 100% (not the 'MY' - others may calculate differently) mainly due to a capital raising that they did which means the cash flow and total debt to assets has gone to a healthy state from an unhealthy one.
Note the above is my analysis and I can be wrong and not a recommendation to buy.
