yes, I found out you do it in a cold room - about constant -5c.
I also found out you do it with a water drop on a petri dish and then freeze it.
I still need to get an idea of what DFM though - around what mag. and what camera connection - that shouldn't be too hard to find out - but it would be good to speak to someone who has done it.
