Nick Curtis talk about funding, he said that Todd is billionaires, they are able to fund the proects in 2014 for $3.4 billion, but in IER FMS valuation was 60million only, for Todd to invest 3.4 billions to develop FMS, sounds like waste of time. But Todd must have their different valuation for FMS with IER. Before Todd make decisions for develop FMS, they must had plan, valuation and all the inside information about FMS IO. Watch Nick Curtis video and BBI video, to me not much different. I can see how Nick together Curtis and Todd and old board all together to set FMS up and steal all of FMS"s PIOP.
