Kennedy knows the most about OCJ as certain information would have required to have been disclosed for OCJ to do that private placement and he was the Chairman at the time and he is still on the FMS Board so I would hazard a guess he has shared some of the insights with his fellow FMS Directors. They may well be the key for minority shareholders but the problem is you don't know what the purpose of the key is...it could be the key to the doors of heaven or it could be key to the doors of hell and that is a active risk right now whilst other things are happening around FMS.
