RTA/TODDS real deal have funding capacity
Flinders need to prove that can get funding.
Under such terms I find it difficult to believe that such a high cost to entry meaning OPEX at 60.00 and CAPEX with LT forecast at $90.00 (10 years) that funding will be that easy to get.
that does leave optionality open to someone who currently does have funding capacity though ??
