I wanted to see what people's opinions were on the below and the upcoming payment? I find it a bit much personally given there was a SPP of around $100 mil and now that is basically being given to the managers...

Nevertheless I can't complain all that much, Kogan has been doing very well for my pockets, I just find the idea of this reimbursement a bit distasteful if it goes against the majority of shareholder interest. I will be voting no.
What are other holder's and non-holder's thoughts on the matter?
