Probably easy for me to say, having held the T1 part since inception....but I am very happy to hold this one at this stage.....bear in mind it has a 5.1% fully franked div yield.....and it goes ex div on the 22nd Sept (I think that is correct, should check it). Final div is 12c/share.
Your broker's advice is probably good.
(Above is my opinion only, and suits my circumstances and not based on any special knowledge...always do your own research)
