dkguinan, i think they could be a great buy for the longer term. although it looks like you could get them even cheaper than today in the near future, what a load of ....
if they keep paying their divvy its a pretty good return at 10%, i wouldnt count on them to keep paying that though,cause i think they are getting hit quite hard on east coast at the moment(not just in NSW).


rainmaker , would be interested in what you think at the moment, with the price under .60. do you think a downgrade in profits is on the cards?
