They should just give the cash back to holders and wind up the company. But they won't do that. They will plug away developing some obscure drug off shot and spend all the cash. They have families to feed.

BTA will now experience a long slow death. The only positive option is a one where mgmt benefit. How ironic that BTA becomes the company they acquired in reverse. Someone makes a play for cheap cash and a entry into the Nasdaq..!!!

Given the track record of mgmt in both the USA and particularly Aust do you see any chance.!! Seriously..
BTA is dead and IVIR is soon to follow.
