I agree that it has potential but I also think now is not the best time to buy.
Why not wait until it's in a bit of an uptrend, maybe when the 20MA crosses above the 200MA. Then you'll at least be buying when the price is going in the right direction even if you miss buying at the absolute low.
Or maybe a strategy is buy 50% at 5.2c the 50% later.
You have some good options but buying in a downtrend is not much fun.
