opinions??

I have been following CCU for a while now and am interested in peoples thoughts. I recently bought some shares because I feel that they are tightly held by top 20 shareholders (from memory approx 54% of total shares) and that none of the major shareholders have moved out of their positions with the spike in the share price. In fact I believe some have increased their holdings.
I like the fact that, from what I can gather, future revenues will be raised through bank loans rather than share placements and dilution of shares.
Seems to me like the directors are trying to maximise share price rather than dilute share value by raising additional capital by additional share placement.
If mining is successful, as they are hinting it will be, profits will be shared amongst fewer shareholders by borrowing from bank rather than a new share issue.
I think this is a sign those involved are backing the mines success...
