In the Dec. issue of "Money Magazine" here in Australia, SHL was also stated as a "buy" by one of the analysts.
I think the recent volatility in the stock price has been due to some profit taking as the rise this year has been steep, prompting temptation by some, to take profits.
Volatility is irrelevant for long term holders, as long as the price trend is upwards.
SHL always has a high accounting based (includes amortisation of goodwill) P/E, but the cash P/E, adding back amortisation (a non cash item, which will be the new reporting standard under IFRS) makes the P/E much more acceptable for a growth stock.
SHL has been a growth stock for a decade. The same CEO has managed the company throughout.
