I would treat the merger and the pricing with a lot of scepticism.Artificially high values have been used to effect the merger,which principally is to help more fundraising.SBM have just not delivered real earnings,previous fundraisings have collapsed in value and the stock was sick was@ 11c,just 4 weeks ago.I mplied valuations at artificially high levels remind me of Bondy and some of his W.A.based deals.Let's see how much gold production this merger can deliver.
