in answer to your question.....

The main US targets for the QFTB test are the military, the penitentiaries and immigration. Of these 3, the penitentiaries is the largest potential sale, with the military coming second. Possibly, upon a positive recommendation the military sales will be easier to "close" than the others. To not get the military recommendation would probably be quite devastating in the short term to the price but it would not be fatal to the company.

Note also that because of the AFEB meeting much attention has been directed at these military sales. With the CDC guidelines having been released in December I would not be surprised if other sales have been made already.

I know that it is a waiting game and patience can run thin but if you do not hold then I would suggest that it is worthwhile keeping CST on your watchlist, as Alpha suggested.
