here in noosa local papers & RE agents are saying this season had highest occupancy levels ever (talking about holiday apartments).
ditto rest of sunshine coast,don't know about gold coast,presumably similar.
as aussies shy o/seas tourist haunts,SEL will be doing very well,thank you.
