If the Bisan deal values 1200 out of 7000 acres at USD $4 million, we can extrapolate that to a market value for NEO's share of SELH total. (ie approx USD $10 million).
Divide that by shares on issue (868 million) and you get USD 1.15 cents (approx AUD 1.5 cents).
Add the value of Statesman and the market is pretty close.
Maybe they need to find something to increase the value of the plots.
