Actually, there is a better way to look at this.

OPL was valued at 23c based on current discoveries by BBY on 10th August (see p 12 of report). It since has discovered Larner (which was small) and SE Lost Hills.

OPL has added over A$26million in market cap since Jack-Hamar, which is exactly double NEO's market cap. This is despite both having the same equity in the same project.

Based on this simplistic analysis, one would assume that NEO has some room to run.
