Hi cgill. Not sure what has caused the rise, maybe the lead up to the Ming drilling which i think is curently underway. About the shares coming out of escrow, i found this in one of their reports.
Shares Released from Escrow Restrictions
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the Board of Orchard Petroleum Limited wish to announce that 1,700,649 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from 24 month escrow restrictions on Friday, 4 October 2002 and will be tradable from commencement of trading on Monday, 7 October 2002.
Out of this, just over 17% of the above shares will be escrowd for a further 12 months.
All in all they have a couple of interesting drills coming up. I haven`t taken a position yet, but will keep an eye out after the 7th. Regards The Tinhopper. PS Thanks for the help with their web site.
