OK so what's the problem here?

First half hour this morning was OK then nothing.
I like the story here and have held in the past but it never seems to go anywhere.

Fantastic Ann you would think raising at 11c followed by a broker update.
Management seem to be doing everything right but you still can buy at 8.5c on market (not much I agree but you can get some!)and depth looks sick on the buy side

Under the radar ? Fantastic opportunity? Or is it just a dog?

Maybe the market worried about what happens when the ECE money finally runs out (ie fear of a regular discounted dilution)
I don't know but I am open to suggestion.
