Legal services at normal commercial rates totalling $191,050 (2016: $116,540) were provided by Francis Abourizk Lightowlers, a law firm in which Peter Francis is a partner and has a beneficial interest.
How many of you got a 70% pay rise last year?
When asked about this subject at the AGM peter seemed to indicate he gets no benefit from payments between BLT & FAL but I'm guessing as a partner he has a profit share arrangement in the business.
Greg also mentioned that BLT goes through a competitive procurement process for each chunk before work is awarded. FAL sure know how to win the work.
