Any company and I mean any company which is valued at 25% below cash value is not to be sneezed at.

Without going back over the original deal with Axovant to get specific details regarding numbers etc. I thought that the deal that Axovant signed in today's terms is grossly lopsided to BLT. I believe that its far more advantageous for Axovant to duck out now and come back at BLT from a different approach. It wouldn't surprise me to see Axovant attack BLT from an external point (purchase shares and gain a controlling interest) rather than through the agreed terms. That's my take on the matter. There is no way I could see me continuing on the agreed path. Withdraw and attack from another position.
