Personally I'm surprised the oppies still trading near the 1c mark. IMO, even as a punt you wouln't want to pay more than half a cent, as you are really going to struggle to sell the shares for more than 17.5c straight after exercising the options.
At 0.5c you should have at least as much chance of a 100% gain as a 100% loss, with the most likely outcome break even less costs. I'm sure there would be much better spec buys around.
AMM's probably a great stock to leverage, just not with these 09options. If you're going to load up on AMMO you better buy yourself a rifle as well and say goodbye to 2009 with a bang!
