Hi Davril, won't be a problem because when the heads run the oppies will follow and those that can't convert will simply sell to the ones that can and still make a nice profit.
I'm sure JPR will push very hard to get the heads into the teens,hopefully with the continuation of positive future announcements this will be achieved.
