Thought....
If I was an employee, not knowing whether Cdu was going to get taken out or not by a hostile takeover, I'd be converting my options early to mitigate capital gains by holding my converted shares for longer then a year.
I totally agree that some may be happy for a quick buck, but you may have your traders goggles on assuming everyone is in that basket.
