No, option holders only have the option to buy shares, they are not share holders of the company, they have no voting power and no say it what the company does.
The preference should be given to existing share holders at 0.001 cent.
And, if they did it i would take a huge amount. As many as they would let me have.
No offence to existing options holders, but this is business.
It should be considered, this is what i would do if i was in charge of the business.
