    If you were to buy TNGO on market now at 6.5c for you will also paying a further 8c when the options are excised in July. 6.5c + 8c= 14.5c.
    The advantage is you can have double the amount of shares instead of paying the now sp of TNG @ 14.5/ 15c. But remember if TNG go south of 8c you lose big time come excise time.
    I believe thats how it works mate.
