oppies are being picked up at .45, now that equates to 9c a share, shares trading at 11c. So you make 20% if you convert and sell at todays prices, is SWT going to drop to 9c which is worst case senario, I dont think so, it has held pretty firm at these levels. Plus SWt hit the road in a week or so to sell the deal, my view is we are going up slightly b4 deal is done, so if you buy at 9 and end up getting 12c, where better value is there than that in this market.
