oppies premium calcs... leverage

Oppies are pretty close to the money for near a year left on them. In comparison to TRFO oppies IFEO seems like a bargain at current levels.

The leverage we get from the Oppies is x5 on average IMO. Yet downside risk does not seem to match the upside. Whilst I commented I thought 20c was being overdone, if not in the money, it did not reach this figure.

Eg. IFE reaches $1.5 (Heading towards production) standard shares upside equal near 100% up.

    Oppies at 12c, excercise 75c... $1.5 will be 75c + premium. Lets say 20% typical... that is 75c + 15c = 90c. Or profits of 600% up.

Now let us go worst case of 35c later in the year. Not TRFO have exercise 70c and trade at 10c, current price approx 40c. So IMO Oppies will trade approx the same half price. 6c instead of current 12c.

500% leverage with downside being similar to standard shares... bargain in my book.

If wanting less bucks in the play yet less just as good leverage on upside. Oppies are a good bet. IMO.

IMO near 75c will be given a premium of 25% being 18c. Then after 75c for every 1 cent up, so to does the oppies. 85c Heads = 28c oppies. Make 20% on heads yet over 100% on oppies- great buy.

Huge leverage and one of the best oppie plays on the market I feel. As most Oppies leverage has just as much downside risk as upside. Currently this is not the case with IFEO. IMO.
