The premium comes and goes so there are plenty of opportunities to buy options without the premium but I also agree that the premium has been much higher in recent days.

I must say that when I purchased my last lot of options they were at a discount to the heads so I could have actually purchased the options, exercised them then sold the heads and made a profit without the share price changing at all.
