Now that the options are "in the money" certainly makes you wonder what they are going to do with potentially $46M.

Not an expert in this area but the trading halt makes it even more interesting.

Are they going to indicate how they will be spending the windfall thru an acquisition or expansion?

OR

If as some suggested a T/O offer is in the mix is the $46M a added bonus for any suitor?

How would the option holders be treated if there was a T/O offer made?
