Ever considered why they are "waiting" for another deal? Its because CFE's resource is terrible. The resource itself is huge, however digging it up is the problem. It has a terrible recovery when processing it. Hence the company is doing further drilling to up its resource in the hope an interested party may come along. They would also be waiting as their probably isn't any other parties interested as the ore costs to much to dig up and process.
The only merit CFE really has is the closeness to the port (10km I believe). However is there actually any room for another iron ore company to deliver 10mtpa? I doubt it.
CFE looks good on the surface, thats about it. FYI I was a holder. Not any more.
