There's another good reason for not refreshing them- Scook and Hardie's mob of puppets hold millions of them, and is a great way to get them out of the system, and so they don't benefit from any renewal. They would only have kept selling them down and spoiling it for everyone else.
Let's make it crystal clear- the current management and the Scook camp DETEST each other and the current management- good on them, want all their possible influence and connection removed from Yellow Rock.
